With over 30 years in the food service industry, Todd manages the community’s unique upscale dining program, featuring multiple dining venues with a range of meal choices and quality ingredients sure to match residents’ desires to a tee.

At The Highlands, they take the saying “variety is the spice of life” very seriously! Across their 113 acre campus, they offer residents a choice of three dining locations – the Terrace Room, Bistro or the Wyomissing Club (complete with a stocked bar!), to suit the mood of any resident. On top of dining atmosphere choice, residents are offered at least seven entrees topped off with a range of fresh baked goods for dessert.

They cater to all levels of care

With well over 400 patients and residents ranging across residential living, skilled nursing and personal levels of care, Todd uses resident management and nutritional data tools to help ensure everyone in his community is served the meal they enjoy and require, every time.
